I can guide you through conservative treatments and lifestyle changes and refer you to a my professional network of allied health professionals. I can prescribe you tailored hormonal therapies, or if it is important to you to avoid hormonal therapies, we can discuss other medical options and sometimes your preferred option may be surgical management.
